Immovable property includes both land and buildings.
This is a platform to enable property owners who would like
to sell their property to provide information on their property to the
potential purchasers in the business community.
The Board of Investment will not be held responsible in case
their property remains unsold. Please note that the information provided by the
vendor will not be modified by the BOI prior to circulation.
The information will be available on our database for a
maximum duration of 6 months after which the property vendor may submit an
application again in case his/her property has not been sold by that time.
Prior to registration with us, we would advise you to check with the relevant
local authority for the status of your land in terms of development potentials.
You would need to submit the site location plan for verification at the local
authority for that purpose.
